January 2, 200818 yr I don't think they will, and I don't think they should be. FSU gave them way too good a game.
January 2, 200818 yr I don't think they will, and I don't think they should be. FSU gave them way too good a game. If, as you put it, Florida was "lucky not to be blown out", how can you not say the same about this game? And for the record, I do not think UK should be ranked.
January 2, 200818 yr ^ I don't get what you mean.....UF and UM are powers, UK and FSU aren't....FSU was down 36 players....
January 2, 200818 yr ^ I don't get what you mean.....UF and UM are powers, UK and FSU aren't....FSU was down 36 players.... Despite the score of the game, UK controlled the game throughout. Most will acknowledge stupid mistakes and turnovers kept FSU in the game - the same way, I am presuming, you feel the UM/UF game played out.
January 2, 200818 yr ^ I don't get what you mean.....UF and UM are powers, UK and FSU aren't....FSU was down 36 players.... Whoopty freakin do. UK beat FSU. Can't control what they do off of the field.
January 2, 200818 yr Author FSU down 36 players still had more 4 and 5 star athletes on the field than UK. Weatherford is pretty fast and FSU will be back in the future. That RB can fly. UK should have won by a lot more but turnovers killed them.
January 2, 200818 yr Despite the score of the game, UK controlled the game throughout. Most will acknowledge stupid mistakes and turnovers kept FSU in the game - the same way, I am presuming, you feel the UM/UF game played out. But UM was the underdog...UK was the big favorite.
January 2, 200818 yr But UM was the underdog...UK was the big favorite. What was the thread for the UK game? I thought it was 7 1/2. If true, Vegas did a great job.
January 2, 200818 yr But UM was the underdog...UK was the big favorite. At kickoff, UK was favored by 7 1/2, they won by 7. I'd say that means they took care of business just about like they should have. Anyone who watched the game knows UK controlled the game from start to finish. A few costly mistakes kept FSU in the game.
January 3, 200818 yr I think they'll be just outside the Top 25, 26-30 range, would be my guess...They aren't going to climb any of the 10 BCS teams, then there's 3 or 4 others in there own conference ahead of them and too many teams who were ahead of them before the Bowls who won. They should leap Arkansas, S.Florida, Boise St, Air Force and possibly Clemson, Virginia & UConn...This would put them in about the 27-30 range, barring noone below them moved ahead of them...
