O.K., I was going to wait but couldn't. What are everyones predictions/thoughts on this one.

Lets try and not make this a OSU/LSU cut thread and keep it on the game itself.

I say the Buckeyes take the National Title in a very close one.

I'm going with LSU 27-24.

This won't be the debacle of last year. I'll take LSU by 10.

I like LSU. They have are physical enough on offense to match the Buckeye D and have enough team speed on defense to limit the bigplays from the OSU passing game. The key will be can LSU stop Beenie Wells. I think LSU has what it takes to limit the running game, make some big plays on offense and put the game away late in the third quarter.

While I don't think LSU will win by 60, I think they will win by a comfortable 14 plus points.

I think LSU is somewhat overrated and OSU is somewhat underrated. Don't forget that UK physically whipped LSU when they were healthy. LSU hasn't been healthy for some time now. Florida embarrased OSU and that weighs on a lot of people's mind. IMO LSU and Florida are two different teams. LSU has underachieved this year and I could see them opening up a can but I think they win in a tough faught battle. Miles has rolled the dice a lot and pulled off some big wins from it but I still say that had they not scored on Florida inside the 5 then he is the biggest goof this season. We all know how OSU/Mich have looked when they get spread out with speed. I also think back to the LSU game a few years back vs Okl I think it was. The factor I haven't seen a lot is when they are playing that close to home especially at night. That is where I think they have the potential to really open up a can ala Notre Dame last year. If healthy LSU wins by at least two scores. If they are banged up then it will be a close one.

Can not stand OSU and LSU is coached by a UM alum, however I am not stupid. This game will be alot better than most think. OSU is better than most give credit for and is deserving of being in this game. LSU on the other hand is propably overrated some. I think the OSU defense will give the plain offense of LSU fits. I also think LSU's defense will give OSU fits. Will be a great game if you like defense. I think LSU wins by 3 or less, maybe a defensive score. 17-14 LSU

I won't bother to vote since it's meaningless. Last year would have proved that with everyone taking OSU. I will say that this is exactly what OSU wants all the pressure on LSU. They are not supposed to lost this game. Heck, it isn't supposed to be a game according to the SEC homers. All I hope for is a good game that goes down to the wire.

I meant to put it where all could see who voted for who. I certainly picked OSU though. No trash talk, no defending anyone just think that the Buckeyes are going to win this one. This game reminds me of 02' a lot, Miami was supposed to walk all over the Buckeyes in that one and did not.
