I hope there are good crowds. What a fine tribute to the young man and his wonderful family.

Wholeheartedly agree!:thumb::thumb:

Is this a tournament where you win and advance or is it just a round robin?

I hope the community shows support for this great cause. I wish I could attend.

Does anyone know about the team RH plays tonight?

Just have this info on them and who they have played so far. They are 3-3 on the year. Just judging by this, I would like to think Rose Hills wins fairly easily, but who knows.

I think everyone will agree with you on this one.:thumb:

By this resume, looks like they should be playing our Muskies instead, probably would be a better game, but we will see.

Looks like the home team should advance which will make for better attendance number. Everyone agreed that they hope the crowds were strong this should help make that a reality.

Interesting mix of teams, I must say.

I had a good friend die at the age of 22 a little over a year ago. It's always nice to see these types of tournaments going on. They help keep the good memories of the ones we've lost alive and help us all remember how fragile life is.

Do the proceeds of this tournament go to some type of charity or foundation ?

The proceeds go to the David Garnes Memorial Scholarship Fund. There was a very good crowd, I'd like to see more.

Village Academy got beat by RH tonight. They will play Greenup Co. tomarrow. It should be a very good game. Somerset PA. will play Bath Co. at 6:00 and Rose Hill will play Falicity Franklin at 7:30.

Good crowd tonight at Rose Hill. Winners were Horizon Science, Greenup Co., Bath Co., and Rose Hill. Good night for the 16th. Rose Hill and Bath play in finals at 9:00 tomarrow.

So far the games have been very competitive, with exception of RH's first game. It has been a good time.

The complete write up for these games can be seen at...
