I think Legion is a very talented kid, but he obviously has some issues. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't he commit to Michigan twice before finally de-committing. He seems like a very good young man and I am not going to act like hes not because he is more than likely leaving. I wish him the best.

I think that's what happened. He didn't put him back on the team. His only public comment after LEGION reversed course was to say that nothing has changed with his situation. I would imagine at least part of the reason that Legion waffled again was the Billy wasn't begging him to stay.

Wow. Where to begin:

 

* I'm not sure he'll be at UK in 3 years. This was the original crux of my point.

 

* Calling A & M "National Championship Contenders" seems a bit over-zealous.

 

* He has moved around so much putting any faith in his ability to build a long-term successful program is nothing more than a guess.

 

* Without the support of the "money-men" in Lexington he'll not be there long and he isn't helping himself any in that arena these days.

 

* If he's given the opportunity to be able to recruit and coach his own players he will succeed.

 

* Texas A&M is playing as well as anyone right now.

 

* I agree with your moving around point, but all of his moves have been up as oppossed to lateral.

 

* Surely the "money-men" can see what he's having to deal with right now. He's coaching a team that, with their current condition (injuries, transfers, transitions, etc), couldn't beat very many top 100 teams right now.

 

To make a long story short, it's his first year. He is in a nearly impossible situation. He has been successful everywhere he has been in getting good players, which only bodes worlds of potential here.

 

Give him a chance (2-3 years) to prove himself.
