Ohio State as the Underdog

Featured Replies

OSU is a 4 1/2-point underdog in the national title game :dancingpa

Not a big surprise to me. Though last year they were the favorite and we know what happened in that game....

Amen!! If the truth was ever spoken it was spoken with this post ..........case closed, game over and drive home safely :thumb:. The Old Rambler is going to round 3rd and head for another thread on this one. Nothing else need be said.

(did I ever say that imo John Anthony is one of the most intelligent individual's on here...:D)

You guys are ridiculous. Every thread is this "everyone is jealous of Ohio St" rant. No. Not at all. In fact I thought it was only Kentucky fans that were unfairly biased against Ohio St. Are we dropping that claim since most people are viewing Ohio St. as underdogs? :sssh: When all else fails, fall back on the old, reliable vanity.

^ I have been on this board for a short time but there is clearly OSU jealously. With winning comes enemies. People hated USC years ago cause they were winning. People don't like seeing the Yankee's win. It's a side effect that OSU fans will have to learn to deal with, but I doubt they care. After all winning is winning. You play to win the game.

But back to the topic at hand. It's a fair spread. I don't think OSU cares, nor does LSU about the "spread." When the game starts its 0-0.

I'm not jealous of OSU at all.

I only dislike them, they don't deserve to national title and i'm going to be glad when they lose in it again.

OHHHH NO!!!!

Man, watch what you say about " jealousy ". People will go wild on you.

Telling other people that they are jealous of you is pretentious.

I don't wanna try to steer this off topic, I just thought it was funny to see another jab at them.

I think it's a reasonable but pointless spread that LSU nor OSU cares about.

No jealousy here. I simply don't like Ohio State and won't be liking them in this lifetime. However, my intentions were just to post the line since today was the first time I had seen it.

The head of MGM Sportsbook said that USC would be a favorite over anyone in the country in the NC game if they were there.

But what does he know?

I would guess that USC is just as hot and definately as talented as anyone. :thumb:

For the record, I didn't say that anyone was jealous and couldn't care less if any on here are or not.

I was just agreeing with a statement on a post that said "What hurts you all the most is that they are there".

I couldn't care less if it is out of jealousy, hatred or something else so don't say that everyone is calling out the ones bashing OSU jealous.

Imo the man spoke the truth, what hurts some is the fact that OSU is there................again

I know I said I was done but oh well, now I hope that I am and before some say it I know that you are to..thumb:

I will leave you with.................

GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!
