This sucks, I hate finals!! It's 5 minutes till 2 and I've still got a lot to do for my test tomorrow morning. Hopefully I can get another hour or so in tonight, then I'll wake up early and finish things up.

And ram2003, I'm incredibly jealous that your that close to being done. I'm on the 4 and 1/2 year plan too the way it is looking.

I have one today at 10 and one on Wednesday at 11.

I have no traditional finals whatsoever, I have only one today and all I have to do is write a couple paragraphs on how Ive progressed in my work since the start of the semester.:walk::walk:

Maybe it was just me, but I always thought finals week was overrated in terms of difficulty.

I graduated from college 13 years ago and the term "finals week" can still make me break out in a cold sweat. Good luck to all of you!

Even though my last final was nearly 30 years ago; the "experience" still hangs around.

 

The WORST was in a vertebrate embryology class. I did the usual study routine (which I will admit was none too rigorous) - go over chapter summaries, review class notes, etc. Got into the classroom and the instructions for the final were on the blackboard (yes; there were blackboards and a white substance called "chalk" back then).

 

DRAW A FETAL PIG. LABEL EVERYTHING THAT YOU CAN. Or something to that effect. In the immortal style of brother Buzz in "Home Alone":

 

A. I had not reviewed any fetal pig schematics.

2. My artistic capabilities were limited; and

D. My desk was not close enough to the smart artist's desk.

 

I still have recurring dreams about that one...

I have 2 finals this week. The first is Monday and last is Thursday. I can't wait until this is over!!!!!

Hey man, I think 4 and 1/2 years still beats the average. It's that silly decision about a major that slows people down, because so many people switch halfway through.

 

But yeah, I forgot to mention "Good luck everyone!" as well! If anyone's like me, they're going to need it!

Just got in from my first/last final. It went ok, not great, not bad, just OK. Just have to finish up a paper that I have been working on and do one small paper. They are both due Wensday, then I'll be done till Jan. 14th :dancingpa

Got two of my finals out of the way today, think I did OK on both of em. Two more to still go though.

This week is my finals week. I got one online final, one take home final, one on tuesday at 10:30 AM and two on thursday.

That was rough..

I loved finals week.

 

No homework.

No studying.

Just show up, take some tests and go back to hanging out with my friends.

 

LOVED finals week. My view, if I didn't know it by then, I didn't need to know it or the professor did a bad job of teaching it.
