Only saw Knowles play twice in his career, both last year in the 10th region tournament. Very, Very impressed with his effort on the court and now that he isn't giving the Royals anymore headaches, I wish him the best. :lol:

Based on the little I've seen of him so far and everything Pitino has said I think he is going to have an excellent tenure here at UofL.

Well I think Gold Sunrise and anyone who followed the Clark Co. program would acknowledge he has had some issues in high school and made some mistakes along the way. It sounds like (and I truly hope) he has turned a corner and matured. He is a great talent and I believe he will make the whole state proud.

The issues Preston had in Highschool was he had no faith in his coach who after this season it will be obvious he was correct in his assesment. When you have a man with Pitino's obvious credintials it is not hard to buy into an idea and thrive in a program. Preston will be known far and wide by the time he is finished at Uof L. I believe Coach Humphrey is a very good coach. Last year they upset a Mason Co. team that was more talented IMO than they were and made it to the Final 8.

Clark Co is very young this year and is going to lose some games, but that does not make Humphrey a bad coach. He does a very good job.

By the end of the year the 2 got along great and got things together in time for a very good run in March.

:thumb: In picking a college...this was the main focus of Prestons....picking the right coach for him, so he could achieve these goals....looks like a great fit.

Glad to see Preston is having a good time at U of L, hopefully his playing time will go up because I love watching this young man play the game!
