St.X was very impressive Oxnard on Defense! You were correct. I was impressed across the board. The front four was unstoppable. The size and strength of those young men is second to none. #28 the free safety was a physical specimen. I wasn't sure if I was at a divison two college game, but when I saw Meade it reminded me, I was at a high school game.

 

On a side note, the new stadium was very nice. Enjoyed the game, use your connections and get a jumbo tron video screen. ST.X deserves it. That would be the icing on the cake.

 

Thanks Austinman! I'm glad that you got to make the trip last night. As I noted in the pre-game discussion, this Tiger defense is playing on an entirely different plane from other teams this season. I also felt good about my 26-point score differential prediction. I only missed by two.

 

The Meade County team, coaches, fans, and band are 1st Class in my book. It was our pleasure to host this outstanding community. It's a real shame that more schools do not have this level of support. The atmosphere last night is what high school football at its finest is all about. Hopefully, outside of the final game score, the Greenwave visitors enjoyed the evening.

 

On your other observation about our new stadium, I'm sure once we get our new basketball arena behind us, there will be a push for a jumbo tron from some alumni. That would really be cool!

 

As an aside, since I know that both you and I also share a strong interest in track, I hope you had the opportunity last night to check out our new track & field facilities. I especially like the scoreboard, which will display the electronic time results in each lane at the conclusion of each race. We are hoping that we will have a shot at hosting the state finals at sometime in the future.

The people at X stadium hosted us 1rst class. Playing there was the second best thing to playing at papa johns. We at Meade county envy at what you are doing on Poplar level. We really do thank you for hosting us in such a 1rst class manner. The kids are doing alright today. They and we are proud to have came this far this year. Again thank you X for showing a 1rst class playoff atmosphere last night
