Don't think the birthdate is right in the bio, 01/28/88. That would make the qb 20 in a couple of months and most likely ineligible for the season. Now, that would be a scoop...

I think he is a great kid and just like all of the Birds, will go on to be a great member of society. I think that on the other topic of using that ole leather glove thing, if he wants to do it since it's his senior year, let him. I think all seniors should do what you want to do. Don't miss out on something that you may regret for the rest of your life.

 

I know that we as fans put a lot of pressure on these kids to succeed and are so very protective of them for fear that they may get injured playing some other sport, but we should think about what they want too. It's their world, we're just living in it! If football players at HHS could play the other sports they wanted to, how much better would those teams be by adding some pretty darn good athletes?

As far as college choices, I wouldnt doubt he might get some interest but will he go the same route his brother did and go to Navy? This kid would be an excellent serviceman.
