I took Shelby Co. last week, and I'll do it again this week.

What type of playing surface does MC have?

Let's hope the scoreboard lights are all working in this one. I'll say Shelby by 14.

The scorekeeper will have blisters from pushing buttons!

Alex Matthews should just throw the ball up in the air to his 6'7" receiver Cody Mintis ?sp?

If he was 6'7" I'm sure we'd do that every time, but he's 6'3" maybe 6'4" at the most. Coty Minnis.

The playing surface is bermuda and should be in great shape for the game on Friday.:thumb:

Thanks

I'll take Shelby County 70-63.

Alex Mathews will throw for 700 yards and 12 TD's, bend steel, see through walls with his X-ray vision, and jump over a skyscraper in a single bound, and vault Shelby to the regional.

That is one of my favorite posts in a while. :ylsuper:

SCBaseball08. I have seen Cody Minnis and he is probablly 6'5". It was a exaggeration, calm down. Still at that size he is very athletic and has the ability to jump over people.

With all due respect to Minnis, I think the real deep threat is the Burk kid (if he is #23). He seems to have had a few 200+ yard games and a few games with 3-5 TD grabs. I understand he has only played football for 2 seasons and is a baseball prospect. That kid lays out and catches EVERYTHING. Sure does help a QB who passes the ball as much as SC does. Regardless, I thought Shelby County had enough to advance deep into the playoffs. I would not look forward to playing them again (any more than any other team) at this point in the post-season.

The Burk kid is great to. I am under the impression that he actually caught six of the nine touchdowns Friday against Scott. Shelby counties offense is one of if not the best in the state but their defense is suspect.

I'll take Shelby County in a close one.............82-78...............:scared:

If this game is a shootout, hopefully, Son of Bear wont be too close to the field, or he may get singed. :p:D

Edited the word won't.
