Not a slight on Ballard fans, but where are they on this game? Looking back over the posts, I don't see any one who I would consider a "Ballard Supporter". Maybe that's the cause for BC's lack of "real interest", there just aren't a whole lot of Ballard supporters on BGP. If we had more Bruin fans represented on BGP then we'd have more of a discussion, but we don't and that's just the way it is! No disrespect to them, they just haven't taken an interest in the sight I guess.

 

I suppose the Bruins prefer to expend their energy on the game in other ways, which is fine.

You talk about interest in a thread. Look at the CovCath/Highlands thread. Probably the reason why the Manual/X is not as large as that one is the same reason why the Ballard/T thread is not as large as Manual/X. The reason for a large response is the prospect of a competitive, meaningful game with an active BGP constituency behind both teams...

After seeing Will Stein's impressive season numbers versus B Brohm in the Mr. Football Thread, would you rank him as the second best QB in Trinity history? Maybe third behind Jeff Brohm also? I think he can get to 50 TD Passes with 11 in the last two games. With Ballard, HC, and Shelby County as possible opponents the next 3 weeks, I believe he will continue to rack up the stats. Would his legacy and spot depend on whether T goes all the way even if he wins Mr Football? H has proven to be a better QB than Petrino IMHO but Nick won state twice. Just wondering from the T faithful where they see his standing all time.

 

What about Weitlauf on the all time Trinity team? Has there been a three year starter at LB for T ever? I don't think he started at the beginning of the season in 2005 but he was the one calling signals in the state title game. Why won't Indiana just give him a full ride?

 

How does Nate Dutton's numbers compare to McBroom's or Orndorf's or anyone else. The Khsaa site shows 71 catches for 13 TDs this year but that is only through the regular season.
