Final

AWESOME win for the Indians! I'd love to hear some details from anyone who was there...

Well, this is surprising...

May end up being the upset of the night and the biggest case the KHSAA can make for their playoff system pitting the 1/4 from the same district.

The first game was close as well? 21 - 14 Woodford?

The first game was close the entire way. Woodford got two interceptions late in the game, but MC was right there the whole way.

Woodford didn't have one of their better players from the first game...

Congrats to Coach Gooch!

Congrats to Kaleb Curtis the warrier.... and congrats to Seth Dotson the frosh QB who stepped up after Curtis broke his thumb.

Wow; Coach Gooch has taken the Indians a LONG WAY in the past couple of years!

Who's next for the Indians?

Montgomery travels to Johnson Central

Good to see the Indians peaking this time of year!

Actually their last few games have not been nearly as well played as the games at the beginning of the year. I'm glad they were able to get it together for this one and get it done when it counts!

Congrats to Montgomery Co. on the win. Seems that the move of Curtis to RB has made a big difference in the potential of this team. We welcome you all to "The Nest".

MC played harder all night. Great team effort. Defense was outstanding. Offensive played well also. MC converted 3 FG's. Curtis ran hard all night, particularly in the 4th quarter when the Indians were protecting a 9-7 lead and needed to protect the ball. Frosh QB Dotson was very poised all night and had great accuracy in the second half.

Entire defense was outstanding, big second half interceptions by Tyler Murphy and Zach Hood.

Great coaching job by MC staff.

Congratulations to Montgomery, sounds like a fun game.

Dotson is a Pond Creek name if I ever heard one. :thumb: I'll be watching for his name the next few years.
