Let's just make everything legal and let the theory of Darwinism win out. Only the strong survive.

That is totally wrong. If someone wants to "gamble" they are going to gamble. It doesnt matter if they have to drive 10 minutes or an hour and ten minutes, they are going to gamble. To call someone selfish because they want to bring casino's to the state is comical.
