October 27, 200718 yr I just don't understand why Tamme isn't over the middle in the endzone somewhere? Are there any better TE's in the nation?
October 27, 200718 yr This is a horrible loss for the UK program. This is what happens when you get so fired up for LSU and Florida and then just go ahead and assume an easy victory over Miss. State.
October 27, 200718 yr I haven't seen any evidence of that. Most UK football fans have suffered miserably over the years, and last year and this year have been a very refreshing and exciting change for UK fans. You gotta be kidding me. It's everywhere at work, church, families, friends. People that couldn't name 3 starters at the beginning of the year, now claim to have season tickets, and tailgate every weekend. Get real.

No this is what happens when you play 3 very physical football teams 3 weeks in a row. They didn't over look this team.
October 27, 200718 yr I think you have to tip your hat to Miss State today. KY has a ton of injuries that hurt them bad but Miss St played a good physical game today. Croom is doing a good job there this year. UK and Auburn are quality wins that will help them bowl wise if they can win one more. As for the Cats..... hopefully they get healthy and refocused. They still have a shot to do big things and I'm proud of them this year. There are still some huge wins out there! Go Cats!
October 27, 200718 yr Author WKYT needs to switch over to the UGA/FLA game. I don't think their contract with Lincoln Financial and the SEC game of the week will allow them to do that.
October 27, 200718 yr Buzzer do you still think Steve Johnson is the best receiver on the team? I mean its probably not coincidence that UK has had their worst offensive game of the year all away around, especially in the red zone...Johnson just is not someone that can consistently get open when he is going against the other teams top corners, like Burton has to do every week...

Their defense has come up HUGE in each of it's two SEC victories, giving up only 14 to Auburn and thus far, Kentucky. Interestingly, both were on the road. Wins like this are wins that Croom badly needed.
October 27, 200718 yr On a side note, here comes WVU! They dismantled Rutgers today. Get ready for a little White/Slayton talk this week:) WVU is so fun to watch!
October 27, 200718 yr I not really sure why Brooks didn't kick the field goal on the last drive on 4th down. Because no matter what it was a 3 possession game, so why not make it a 2 possession game right then...

People that couldn't name 3 starters at the beginning of the year, now claim to have season tickets, and tailgate every weekend. Get real. I am being real. People are obviously going to talk more about a UK team that was 6-2, with wins over UofL and LSU than they are a team that usually fights to break the .500 mark. That doesn't mean those people weren't UK fans to begin with.
