Elliot (and not Kane, Terry, or Dustin) made the difference. He gave them a strong, dominating, physical presence inside that they lacked that put them over the top.

You are absolutely correct. A player does have only eight semesters after he/she completes the 8th grade. If a player fails or does not play, they still give up 2 semesters of eligibility that year.

 

A player cannot turn 19 before October 1 or he/she is ineligible.

 

I thought the rule was August 1 of the senior year.

Pendleton 69 Brossart 61 that score was from 04 MCIT. Pendleton no Elliott and Brossart had Mcdole, Smith, etc. plus a certain 7 footer. That game started the current 6 game winning streak against Brossart. No Elliott in last year's game either. Give the 05 team some credit. They were great without Elliott. Did he make them better? No doubt about it.

 

During the summer of 2004(Before Elliott arrived to PC), Pendleton County won 27 straight summer games and went 28-1. The only loss was to defending state champion and eventual state runner-up Warren Central at Western Kentucky's team camp.

 

Like Stinger said PC would have been great, but getting Elliott put the icing on the cake.

Bottom line is this and heres your facts if you want to dispute them.Mason County offers the best education in this 6 county area test scores prove it and Parents and kids want the best for themselves and there kids,Thats 1 reason why theres transfers,Another is people simply move more now in todays time with new jobs in which again if you look around where are all the new jobs in this 6 county area there Maysville its a booming area .And if your referring to the the Big R word than thats against the rules on here.Maybe this will help clear things up for you.:irked:

That media exposure that your referring to comes with having success in winning and having long standing tradition. I agree with Highfield, in a 6 county area, this county has more opportunities for work. Most opportunities today come with qualifications. Whether a person has those or not could be a deciding factor in some jobs.
