Predictions. Rivalry game. Should be a pretty good game.

Lincoln is on a roll. Not too many thought they could be this strong after losing those 2 studs from last years team. They roll again this Friday!

Rivalry will have nothing to do with this one. Lincoln wins in a walk 52-6.

Should I wait for Mr. Network to do this, or should I post the history myself?!

Lincoln County leads the all-time series 14-8. Interestingly, the Patriots only lead 6-5 in games played in Stanford.

And FYI, prior to the opening of Lincoln County High School, Garrard County played Stanford High School ten times, losing nine. The only win was a 13-6 victory in Lancaster during the undefeated 1967 season.

Lincoln 45-8

Lincoln Co. 42-13.

Judging by the schedules, this shouldn't be close. This sets up for a big time trap game for the Pats before they enter the home stretch against three difficult foes, PC, Hoptown, Scott Co.

I still like LC fairly easily. The offense got going last week, and Garrard doesn't seem to have a lot of defense. The only formidable teams they have played have beaten them soundly, with the exception of Washington County.

You make a very good point. Until last week, I felt like Garrard/Lincoln would be a really close game, just because I questioned if the Patriots offense was very good. After seeing them put so many points up against South Laurel, the one possible advantage Garrard had has been taken away. It will take a very good effort by the Golden Lions to win this game; it's possible, but it will be tough.

Also, I would hesitate to call Washington County formidable.
