Well I was actually in Knoxville yesterday and thought I was gonna go blind looking at all that hideous orange.

Maybe Tennessee will start playing more consistent so they will be ranked higher win KY beats them.

I wouldn't be so sure that UK will beat the Vols this year. UT has a very good defense it finally showed yesterday. This will be a very fun game to watch. It makes me laugh that all of these people are saying that the UK seniors won't lose on Senior Day to the Vols. It has happened many many times before so I don't see why it won't happen this year.

It has happened many many times but against Kentucky teams that won 3,4, and 5 games a year. This years team is far different from the ones in the past.

At first I was a little surprised at this but after Stanford knocked off USC, nothing surprises me in college football anymore.

And Appalachian State-Michigan. That's why college football is amazing to watch.

Never expected Tennessee to dominate like that. They showed ability to stop the run and run the ball on offense, 2 things thay have struggled with as of late. If they continue to show the ability to do that, then Tennessee can work their way back into a top flight post season bowl.

UT is now number 25. They are going to spank UK in Lexington.

I am a huge Vol fan, but I'm anything but sure about this comment. The Vols have had their problems in Lexington before in recent history. This time the Cats have a defense to go with their offense. I still think the Vols win but I doubt if it will be a spanking. That's just my opinion, though. You're certainly entitled to yours.

UK will more than have their hands full with both of these teams...

They should be tough games, close either way, unless one team blows up with TO's and mistakes. Hopefully the Wildcats can take care of Mississippi State and Vandy, and at least split with Georgia and Tennessee and finish no worse than 8-4. That would be a fine season from my perspective.

The Vandy & Mississippi State games scare me as well...those two teams are improved as well, and UK is new to the position of being competitive in the SEC. If they glance ahead to Georgia and overlook those two games, they could easily lose.

Just like they spanked them last year in Knoxville? Oh wait, UK could have won that one if not for the error and taking a delay of game penalty. And UK is better than last year. I wouldn't bet on either UK or UT spanking the other one right now.

You have to realize that the poster you are responding to is looking for anything to dig at UK fans.

How do you see that? Do you not remember the Vols 31-45 loss to Call? or how about the 20-59 loss to Florida? UT will have their hands full with UK the Vols better not take them easy because if they do then they will be the ones getting spanked.

I am sure U of L will have their hands full with every team left on their schedule :thumb:

I know. It just seems a waste of time to dig at other fans to me. Some of my best friends are Kentucky Fans as well some others that are Louisville Fans. As I've gotten older, I've tried to separate the competition between schools such that it remains just that - competition. I have a 22 year old son that is not interested in learning that yet. I have to admit that I wasn't either when I was in college. I hated Alabama and Auburn as well as their fans with a passion and found out that it was misguided emotion. Now, I just try to separate the people from the schools they are fans of as I've decided that I was missing out on way too many cool friendships. Maybe I've taken the fun out of it, but I personally think not.
