Trimble County came in with a great game plan and lead 14-7 at half. Frankfort shot themselves in the foot all night with penalties. Second half was mostly Frankfort as they adjusted and started pounding the ball inside. Quan Weaver had a tremendous second half as he got most of his 199 rushing yards after half. Final should have been 27-14 but Trimble was picked off the last play of the game and EJ Fields ran it back 60 yards as the horn sounded to make the final 33-14. Trimble County gave it all they had and gave the Panthers all they wanted.

The Raiders gave it all they had the first half. Next time around, I look forward to a full game!

I talked with a friend from Trimble last night and sounds to me that Trimble only scored off of Frankfort miscues, and Frankfort came out really flat, well Buckett aleast this year you didn't have to play on a field with grass up to your knees and 6" of standing water.

You was not at the game last year between Trimble and Frankfort, so you should not comment on things you know nothing about. There was not 6" grass last year there was no grass.

 

You was not at the game last night, Frankfort fumbled at the 30 one time and the Raiders scored off that and the other score came on a long drive. This makes 2 years that Frankfort came out "flat against Trimble. Let us know when the field is just right and the moon and stars are aligned for us to play. :coo

 

The Panthers sure were not "flat" when they played you 68-8. Maybe the Raiders were "flat"when they played you. I would not count on Coach Poynter letting the Raiders be flat two games in a row.

I thought that #9 Weaver was the difference maker in this game. Congrats to this kid. :thumb:
