Do any of the people posting on this subject really know what they are talking about? Scott's success cannot be attributed to one player, it is a team effort. They win as a team and lose as a team and its time for everyone on this forum to realize that. It gets old hearing about one particular player being the key to the teams success last year and this year from people who have no clue what they are talking about.

Maybe these same people you say that don't have a clue feel that you don't know what you are talking about? They would be right, because you don't!!

This was not a personal attack on anyone, I just get tired of hearing about how great one player is and how bad another player is. It is not hard to figure out who is posting on these subjects and to realize that they trying to hype there own kids. Most of the info on this topic is inaccurate but that's ok people will believe what they want. I do know Coach Carr is happy with his team this year and happy to get rid of some of the headaches that he had to deal with in the past as far as players and parents.

Evidently you are very close to the program and coaching staff at Scott based on your comments.

But, did you or anyone else ever think that those same players and parents you speak of are also happy that they don't have to deal anymore with the coaching staff at Scott? The road does go both ways!!

Enjoy the basketball season!!:D

What does Scott need to do to improve in 2007/2008? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Please remember the bolded part of gold sunrise's thread starter, and get back on topic.

Looks like a small line up..do they have any size coming off of the bench? I think Adkins is the PG who got some varsity minutes last year. Who will back up Adkins at the point?

Hiller can run the point, as can Baker. With that said, Adkins will play point the majority of the time.

I heard this is his hardest working unit yet. If that is the truth, they will be ready to play, because the last to teams worked their tails off.

Without their "Coach", they do not have the season they had. This thread needs to end b/c the has-been time at the podium has ended.

Enjoy the AAU season!!

I don't have a dog in this fight however the verbal jabs seem to be coming from both sides (staff and alum parents). Seems petty. I do know that their coach is a good coach but w/o last year's point guard scott is not nearly as successful as they proved to be. I guessing that this season they may wish they still had that "has been". ;) Why can't they just give each other the credit they deserve and be done with it.

Once again, get back to the topic of this thread, and be "constructive", and positive. It's not that way right now.:irked:

I've heard Baker isn't playing this year. But thats just what I've heard from a few people.

Agree 100%, they have one of the best all around coaching staffs in the area.
