What are your predictions??

Whitley 28

Perry 0

Whitley has improved a lot from week one this year and they will continue to show improvement here.

I agree, Whitley has gotten better and they will continue to improve! Win this one easliy, they name the score.

I am one who is interested in seeing the clay county game, that will be for the title. However, I don't think it will matter once any team in this area gets to region, just about impossible, to win region, districts are nice, regions are nicer!

I would say you are right, it would be hard pressed for any of these teams to win the region in the immediate future, but hey thats why you play the games. Stranger things have happened and winning a district title in playoffs would sure have your confidence sky high for the region game.

If Whitley continues to improve,(they are no where near peaking) they could have a chance to get well into the playoffs.

Whitley 32

PCC 13

I think Whitley would have the best chance b/c they run the ball and play good defense. Actually I would give them a pretty good chance if they get to the Region, say 40%.

Don't forget LCC who has yet to lose a district game. :sssh:

Colonels win this matchup. I think Coach Black will have them well prepared after an open week.

I assure you that fact has not gone un-noticed. However, they still have some games to play so :sssh: crowning them might be a bit premature.

How is the injury situation for both teams, is Whitley healthy? How about PCC?

So crowning them is premature but saying that they won't get the district title is not?

Letcher Central has played all of their District games except Whitley. The wosat they can be is 3-1. Clay already has a loss ( to Letcher). Whitley still has to play Letcher, Clay, and Perry. Letcher is in the driver seat and if they can go to Whitley and win--they will finish district play at 4-o. Likewise , if Whitley beats Letcher and wins at Clay and Perry they can be 4-o.
