He was the girls coach at Montgomery Co. , who retired a year or two ago.

 

 

A year or two ago, he just retired and left coaching after his Montgomery County team lost out in the state tournament. Just 6 months ago.

I think this is awful for Rowan County's girls. From a coaching standpoint, I think Thomas is as good as they could've had.

He will be truely missed at RCHS. Take it easy and get well. Take it from one who knows things will be just fine until you return.:thumb:

I hate to see Troy Lee go but it is most important that he get healthy.....Coach High is a pretty darn good replacement if you ask me.

I agree, but they found him a pretty good replacement, don't you think? It's hard to replace a man of the character of Troy Lee, but if anyone can do it, John High can.

I would love to see Randy get the job. The guy has paid his dues and to be honest probably should have been hired before Tammy Collins.

I actually don't know alot about John High. He definately sounds like a winner.

What is Coach Thomas' health status? Coach High is a great guy and coach. I hope the best for Troy Lee and the team
