Today I am going for 335.

Wish me luck because I will need it.

If you can do 225 for all those reps you should be able to throw 335 up like you own it. Im sure you can do it.

I talked to a guy who benches a lot and he said if I ma not nervous/scared of the weight then I should be good to go. Well crap becasue I am for some reason nervous and a little scared of the weight.

I only went for 330 and did it without any problems.

Then on the last two sets of 225

Set 1 17

Set 2 18

This marks the first time I did more on set two then I did on set one.

I am excited with the progress I am making right now.

Grrr, I still can't do crap. It hurts my arm from my elbow on down just to even try to shake someones hand right now.

That would be awesome.

I will add or try to add to the max in a month or so.

I really did not want to lift today but forced myself to.

225

set one 23

set two 18

set three 17

set four 16

I was done after the first set.

I hit it hard this week and my body can tell it.

I am thinking of taking the next two days of to rest.

Yes it is time for me to share again. This time something good well good to me.

I stink at Bench Pressing but I'm working hard at it.My short term goal (End of Sept) is to be able to get 222 pounds for 20 reps. Yesterday I got it for 18 so close but so far to go.

Are you on metric weights.....2 plates and the bar would be 225.

Do you all know how many reps that is at 225? Amobi Okoye and Jeremy Clark both DL from last year repped 29 times......come on dude.

Reverse pyramids are the BEST way to increase bench max quickly. But I still call shenanigans on your numbers, they are NFL good....and from what you say about the rest of your "numbers", I am sorry, but I am not buying.

You are more than welcome to come work out with me. See my life is not so bad that I have to post lies on a message board to a bunch of people I will never see in life.

The Guru knows me well enough to know that I do not have to stoop that low to get ones attention.

I mean no disrespect to weightlifters with this comment, but why do you want to be able to lift 400 pounds..........I mean, if I ever need to lift that amout of weight I'll go get a jack. :D
