Good news. Now give me one more(rep)

I've found winter time to be an exceptionally good time for me to workout, although this summer was pretty good up til the last few weeks. Really looking forward to getting back in the swing of things.

We did what we call the Buckeye workout today

260-8 reps

270-6 reps

280 4 reps

290 3 reps

300 2 reps

310 1 rep

This was the first time I tried this starting weight and I was happy to make it all of the way through.

Tomorrow I will start at 270 and try to complete this work out.

Wish me luck.

I think I am going to need it.

Ha yesterday(Tuesday) worked out for the first time in about two months, aparently nothing but beer and food can kill ya during two months.

Bench dropped about 40 or so lbs, and I lost about 8.
