Holy Cross has a fine quarterback in Jimmy Nauert, and they have yet another McDermott up there making plays. HC's problem may be a weakness in a traditional strong spot for them - the offensive line. They have some other weapons, Schum at TE, and a solid fullback, but the line is not as good as in years past.

This should be interesting. Pikeville may have as much, if not more, talent at the skill positions than any other 1A team in the state, but their lineplay definately will be their Achille's Heel as well.

Pikeville 28 Holy cross 13 Mike Jackson is a great person and coach. Pikeville fans should gald have Mike Jackson. He will get state champion ring in few years but not too long

I don't know much about either of the teams this year, but HC's QB, Nauert, is very precise and quick on his feet too. Even if they are having a down year on the line, they will still have the hard-nosed mentality like always.
