August 11, 200719 yr Night game on ESPN against Miami and he flat out trucked a DB on his way to the game winning TD. He's pretty much a Rudi clone... I think it may have been Meriweather who got trucked? But I also thought Miami ended up pulling the game out.

August 11, 200719 yr Miami won the game, WVU had them 4th and forever with little time left and Brock Berlin tossed one of his patented pass, K2 made a leaping catch, Miami went on to score.

So I watched that clip like 5-6 times, very impressive, while staying right on the sideline he straight trucked the DB, I watched several times, he made him fly back every bit of 5 yards, 7 easily if you count the roll. WOW.

WOW. I could watch clips like that all day and they would never get old to me. I like the fact that not only did he plow him down, he jumped over him afterwards.

August 13, 200719 yr Maybe Priest Holmes will be out there, when and if L. Johnson signs. But my guess is the backfield will look alot like last year's. Would be nice though to have a change of pace back. And honestly, I believe P. Holmes is probably done. What about converting Skyler Green to RB? That kid can motor. As far as Irons goes: I feel bad for the kid, hope he has a full, and speedy recovery. Looks like Green may be interested in playing some RB after all. Quote from Bengals.com Wide receiver Skyler Green would love to play running back and he says, "I think it's crossed their minds," but he has not broached the subject with Lewis. "That's me; running back, but there are so many receivers (hurt) it may not be possible," Green said. Green had an 8.3-yard per carry average at LSU on 31 carries, but played mainly receiver.
