I am just telling you what Carson Palmer said.. my guess is with his experience and history he knows a lil bit about football.

I've been on the Q wagon since he got here. I was talking about last night. He didn't look impressive, but he also got the ball with no place to go most of the time...

GT's comment was directed at me, because I said I wasn't impressed.

I know and I don't know Wilson or anything to me he's a back up player at best.. but when Carson said it I was surprised.

I bet you remember the highlight of his NCAA career...

CARSONSPEAK: After finishing 7-of-10 for 93 yards, Carson Palmer says the first offense is "firing on all cylinders," and he sat back and enjoyed watching guys like backup running back Quincy Wilson.

"Every preseason game he gets in and makes plays; it seems like he never gets tackled," Palmer said. "They don't blow the whistle and he's got eight guys on his back."

I know nothing of Wilson but I think he went to WV? Wouldn't have put his name in the thread if not reading what CP said.

Night game on ESPN against Miami and he flat out trucked a DB on his way to the game winning TD. He's pretty much a Rudi clone...

What's stopping him from being #2 on the depth chart? I know we want a guy who can catch passes.. anything else?

He seems a little short and heavy for a #2. But if he's got the legs for it...

He's not a change of pace from Rudi. That's what they are looking for...

I know you were joking but some think it's a decent idea.

I was watching this game live and I couldn't stop laughing when this happened. I think Meriweather tried to make up for it the next week and injured someone with a brutal tackle.

Does he have the speed to get to the outside in the NFL?

Not consistently. Between the tackles back...
