The Jays got back at ARod the previous evening by throwing at him. If they threw at him again tonight, they crossed the line.

I'm with you, SM, on Roger. My kind of teammate.

On top of it being the second night in a row they threw at A-Rod. Towers was jawing to A-Rod while he was standing on first base, after the benches cleared and everyone calmed down.

You could not mistake what Clemens was doing. Like a professional, right in the #'s. The funniest part was Clemens just stood there, almost like..."I know you're not coming out here, you know you're not coming out here and your mama knows you're not coming out here..."

According to the write up on MLB.com, ARod was the one jawing at Towers, not the other way around.

In the beginning, yes. After ARod went to first it was Towers. ARod even said, "Are you talking to me?"

Any team other than the Blue Jays, I'd take ARod's side on this one as they threw at him yesterday, but after the crap he pulled earlier this year, I hope they try to hit him every time he comes up.

What crap? Yelling "ahhhh" at the fielder.

I find it funny that a)the fielder says he yelled "I've got it" when clearly he uttered "ahhhh" and b)it took him a second or two after ARod yelled to suddenly bail out.

I don't care what he yelled, IMO it's bush.

Fine.

It was no big deal in my book and the Jays rightly threw at him in the first game to send him a message.

Tonight's actions got one of their own walking around like a chicken after having a 90 MPH sphere planted in his back. I'm sure he's glad.

So is it Bush when an outfield in a dome acts like he can't find the ball and holds his hands out and then goes and catches it. Or is it bush when a fielder acts like the ball went by him on a stolen base attempt?

IMO yes. I also believe you aren't allowed doing the 2nd one....Something about not being able to deceive the runner.
