I guess the only saving grace to them winning the thing would be that they do have a lot of in state kids on that team . Whew! June 12, 200719 yr 7 of 8 teams are in and if Oregon St. beats Michigan tonight, the field will be set: Friday's Games: Louisville/Rice UNC/Miss St. Saturday's Games: Fullerton/Arizona St. (I think) Corvallis Super Regional/UC Irvine (Again, I think) I'll be there from Friday until Tuesday...If not longer...:banana: :banana: Oregon State finished off Michigan in a series sweep to be the last entry to Omaha,. With their win they will have the chance to defend their title of 2006. OSU is the first team since Texas in 2003 to return to Omaha a year after they won the NC I believe. Fridays game: Louisville / Rice Noth Carolina / Miss. UNC (obviously) UofL (again, obviously) Fullerton (Love George Horton) Arizona St. (Love Pat Murphy, even though Bonds went there) Miss. St. (LOVE Ron Polk) Rice (Really like Wayne Graham) So, unless UC Irvine wins it or Oregon St. repeats, I'll be a happy camper...
