What do you think? I would take Magic, Bob Cousy and Big O in front of him. He and Stockton are the same player basically. You can even say that he, stockton and Cousy are the same player. I give Cousy the nod since he was the first one to play as they do.

April 30, 200719 yr Kidd's career numbers are better than Nash. The last few years he is put in the right situation in a great offense with great players and all of the sudden he is a top 5 PG ever NO WAY! He didn't average more than 9 assist in ANY season before he got to the Suns.
April 30, 200719 yr Kidd belongs in this discussion...there are three guys that I've known of to play in this league that have a legit chance at pulling a triple-double every night, and they are Kidd, Johnson, and Roberston. Kidd is better on defense, better at rebounding on both ends, and is just as adept at getting teammates involved in the game. I almost wish Kidd went to the Lakers when the trade rumors were speading earlier in the year, and you would see how much better he makes a team. But since I don't like the Lakers I'm glad he didn't. Put Kidd on a team with Amare Stoudamire, Shawn Marion, Boris Diaw, Raja Bell, etc., and you've got the same player and team. Put Kidd on this team 5 or 6 years ago, and I'd be willing to bet they would better.

April 30, 200719 yr Zeke was better, so was Stockton. Magic unquestionably. Jason Kidd might be, although Nash has been better lately. I'm sort of with Hammertime on this one, I don't think Nash is nearly as good a basketball player as he is given credit for. He is a great "team" guy on a team with a lot of finishers. Very, very good player -- not what I'd call an all-time elite guy.
