With Legion, Meeks, Jasper, Porter, Crawford, and Bradley, one of these players will have to be great in these games. No way that they all go cold. Honestly, these four games are all winnable. The toughest, in my opinion, will be at Indiana and home against Louisville. With Morris, we would have been unstoppable. If we land either Patterson or Sanchez, it will give us a real threat in the post. There is a huge possibility that this could be a four guard team next season, and the speed would be fast, naturally. Thoughts?

He has the potential to explode next season, imo. I would take Meeks, and from the sounds of things, Legion over most of these teams backcourts. Each team has one good backcourt player, and Kentucky has two, with the possibility of many. Most of them (Crawford, Meeks, Bradley) can explode for 20+. However, only Gordon of Indiana, Augustine of Texas, Sosa of Louisville, and Lawson of North Carolina, have the same ability to explode for points like that. Lawson isn't really a scorer, and Sosa has only done it a few times.

Your out of your mind, UNC returns Lawson and Ellington plus every guard off there bench, i would take Lawson and Ellington over any1 UK can put out there, UL backcourt consisted of Freshman, IMO there guards played better than UK s last year, and Augstien and Abrams of Texas are not two to sleep on, there guards are better than one teams on this list, Texas...and not by much.

They are in the Coaches vs. Cancer with a possibility to play UConn. UK is one of the four 1st and 2nd round hosts.

I'm still hoping we get Sanchez or Patterson. I'd like our chaces a lot better with one of the two on our roster. As our roster is today, I'll say we win 2 of 4 but don't get blown out by any of the teams mentioned.

April 25, 200719 yr Kentucky doesn't play Texas. It didn't work out. They are in the Coaches vs. Cancer with a possibility to play UConn. UK is one of the four 1st and 2nd round hosts. If that is the case I guarantee we don't lose to Texas! Please remember we don't play on paper, we play on hardwood. There has not been an on paper loss at UK that I am aware of. If you think about Kansas, Kansas just out played us, team vs. Morris' free throws. If not for foul trouble who knows. Every game will be exciting and a C-A-T-S fight. Sit back and enjoy. But this is only my humble opinion.

Yeah I think alot of UL fans who keep saying that this will be a down here for UK, will end up being in for a big surprise this year with how UK does. Because I really believe we will get Lucas and Sanchez, and with those players we will be a very dangerous team. I can see us losing some games early while trying to get use to Bluegrass Billy's system and the young players adapting. But I think by the time we get to the middle of january/beginning of February we will see this team playing great ball and playing with anybody...
April 25, 200719 yr So we can't beat any of them?No, but you shouldn't. Tubby didn't just leave because of fan pressure he also saw that next year may not be all that rosy, I don't think it would be fair to expect your new coach to do significantly more with less.
