I am sure that is the direction the AD will take or would like to take. Although Hutchison passed on a excellent canidate for the boys job before the current head coach Tendell was hired and that was Kelly Wells. That guy had college coaching experience, a native of Morehead, and contacts all over. It will be interesting to see how this pans out. Kelly landed at Pikeville and will do well there, but for the life of me I can't figure out the last selection on the boys end. Good luck Troy Lee if you pursue the opening.

I would compare the Tyndall hire by MSU as the Gillispie hire at UK. Tyndall immediatly went to work as did Gillispie and he lives and breathes basketball. I understand it's a different caliber school but for MSU this was a Walk-Off homerun.

Thats what I am hearing as well. I heard they interviewed at least 6 people last week and will bring 3 or 4 of them on campus next week.

There is an article in today's Morehead Newspaper from the local sports writer makeing his push for Coach Thomas to be the head coach. There has been interviews for the job taken place, I don't have any names but I'm also under the impression he's not been one of them.
