April 20, 200719 yr Author It's a little tough to recruit when the average ACT score for admitted freshman is 29 (or so I'm told). You're right it is hard, but I got accepted with a 26, but it has apparently gotten even more competitive over the past 4 years.

April 27, 200719 yr Heard recently Kent Simpson - FB/LB from Bethlehem High School has committed to Centre. Kent was the heart and sole of a very surprising Bethlehem football team and Centre is lucky to have him.
April 28, 200719 yr I heard Nathan Stahl from Mason Co. may play football at Centre.. This is true. He had wanted to play basketball and football but I am pretty sure he will play just football. He can play alot of positions and will be a great addition to the team.

May 2, 200719 yr Ben Schlosser of Highlands is also going to Centre, which makes his old man, also a Centre grad, pretty darn happy. I know he's really looking forward to heading to Danville and intends to play football for the Praying Colonels. Looks like his folks are going to have to hook up with some of their Admiral and Rebel buddies in the area when they come down for the games.
