April 6, 200719 yr Well.......this is fascinating. I mean what makes Billy G. better than Tubby Smith? His resume is no where near as impressive as Tubby's is now and is similar to Tubby's when Tubby was hired. Have you guys really watched his team play more than a few times? They are a great defensive team that runs a motion offense. I mean he hasn't been approached by any of the other major jobs open. Now at this point he is I believe the best Kentucky can do but he is certainly not a Top 5 in the country coach. A good coach yes...but great? I guess his reign in Ky. will bear that out.
