June 3, 200719 yr You are the one that brought up the word contend... My point is last year Harang and Arroyo had very good years, and they still only managed to finish 80-82. They took the team as far as they could, and it wasn't good enough.

After what happened in Houston and some hard hit balls last night against the Rockies, you could tell it was coming. Even if Weathers didn't put those guys on base.

June 3, 200719 yr The Reds just do not have ANY Professional pitchers in the bullpen. Stormy comes as close as any but he is not all that good, just the best that we have (best of the worst). I am starting to wonder if this teams coaching and/or player develpment staff will ruin the prospects that the Reds have in the minors and the one just brought up that had good outing. Something has to be wrong. This pitching staff Sucks!! This Coaching staff Sucks!!! This Reds team Sucks!!!
