Like I said, I don't know of any rules that would have been broken by this, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was one... Are you talking about legal issues or NCAA rules. Im not aware of any NCAA rules prohibiting an university from talking or negotiating with anyone. If you are referring to legal issues then only Donovan would know if there is something in his contract prohibiting this.

It's not the fact that they are saying he's coming, but how they're doing it, the rumors they're posting, and "sources" that have proven to be nothing but wrong or non-existent so far...
