The only solution to this problem is obvious:

 

First - The new gym will need to be demolished

 

Second - Hire Pressrow and Polarbear1994 to design the new gym

 

Third - Contract bricklayer to build it (simply because he lays brick)

 

Forth - Hire Starmayor to be the official seat counter

 

Fifth - Hire U Reach I Teach to be a consultant

 

Sixth - Give John Boy a job so he doesn't feel left out

 

Seventh - Find something for ladiesbballcoach to do so he/she doesn't spend so much time on the computer

 

And Last - Reserve CountryBoy7 a seat just in case

 

 

On another note about this thread - to the guy talking about Daniel Brown not having a supporting cast. When Brown was shooting 50 shots a game it makes it tough for the supporting cast to be noticed.

I am PRETTY certain the 8th Region Tournament is held at Henry County every season and it has the largest seating capacity in the region. Not for sure how long they have hosted consecutively or anything to that extent, but I do think host it annually. Maybe an 8th region fan can help us out here!!!

Great sounds like a wonderful task for me......and I will design a CROWN right in the middle of the floor so it will feel more like at home and tradition will never die!!!!!!!

 

I wouldn't address the supporting cast matter with Brown to the guy that brought it up on here, if there is a problem found still 15 years later with that, contact then Head Coach Ed Oakley. 15 years later, he would probably laugh just like I am. :laugh:

I wish that people would get the blinders off. This is the one and only region in the state that host the region every year at a competitors school. How this even got started is beyond my belief. This has nothing to do with Mason Co. or Montgomery Co., the Fieldhouse or whatever Montgomery decides to call their gym. It is about some form of rotation. People think that this is the only region in the state that has to turn people away at regional tournament games. It is not!!! The other regions don't panic because they turn people away and decide that the tournament should be at the largest gym in the region every year because this is apart of it. In other regions people know the gyms and they know what places they may have to get to a little earlier if they REALLY want to watch the game. Some regional sites may require more travel time, but these people traveling know that eventually it will come closer.

Personally never been to any of these gyms or schools, but you are on the money with this post. This situation seems to be really unfair to all schools other than Mason. Some years my region is easy for me to watch, other years I don't even try to get in, should be rotated no matter what IMO.

I hope they're not a bright orange color or have black and white stripes. I'm proud to be a part of this unique group. We will build a nice gym that seats 6000 plus with indoor parking with large screen TV's in the bathrooms. :dancingpa

Yes the 8th is at Henry County. I think the biggest problem we have is Mason is a contender year in and year out. If Mason were like Henry Co (sorry Henry Co. fans) and not really competitive I doubt this much discussion would take place.

 

In the 9th you have a 3 gym rotation for the boys? Please correct me if I am wrong. I was thinking Conner Holmes and Ryle but I could be wrong.

 

I do not know why the 10th would want to have it any place else.....but I realize you have those that feel it is an unfair advantage.

Just wanted to point out that stats can be kept via computer.
