Imo the Cats got over a big "mental" block today, confidence looks to be back and we just might star to play like we are capable of. The Cats in Catlanta advance to the semi's. U.K. by 14.
March 8, 200719 yr Man this is a tough one. I think that we need to get off to a good start. I think it will take Miss. St a little while to get loose and comfortable. Miss St is very athletic. They are young though and I think we can take advantage of that some. UK 67 Miss St 63
March 8, 200719 yr MSU has a YOUNG, balanced team with several players who score. Coach Heath uses his bench liberally. Moments of brilliance and what is to come next year from this team Will Bill Begley get some playing time against his home state of Kentucky? MSU will be a FORCE next year..but their run ends tomorrow!! :thumb:
March 8, 200719 yr Coach Heath uses his bench liberally. Coach Stansbury, isn't it? In a perfect world, UK again uses it's bench to wear down MSU and to keep the Wildcat players fresh for the two games after this one. UK in a grinder, 68 - 61.
March 8, 200719 yr I think even though the boys struggle at times on offense they will be able to pull this one out. It will be tough though because of Miss St. being so athletic. KY by 7.

March 8, 200719 yr It is Stansbury. I think that if the cats play the way they did today, especially in the second half then they should win this one pretty easily...I hope at least. They looked good have all those players in double digits.
March 8, 200719 yr I see Kentucky winning this one, I just hope they don't have to many let downs that causes them to falter. Big win today but the question is can they keep that up in a four day four game period. Has not proved that in the past month so let see if this is the new improved cats or just another rerun of the Tubby's kittens we have come to know.
