Texas 98 Texas A&M 96 2OT

I wonder how each will do in the dance. They remind me of the late 80's early 90's Memphis team's who scored tons of points but usually didn't fare well in the tourney.

After the OK St. marathon, they dropped a game @Nova and then barely squeaked by Nebraska. Doesn't bode well for them.

I know... ;)

DJ Augustine was amazing. Law is probably a 1st team All American along with Durant right now. Interesting strategy by Texas. Pack it in late in the game and make them win from outside.

Texas bball fans have to be exhausted by all the games like this Texas has played this year.

I don't think it was an intentional foul at the end but I do think Law should have had 3 FTs...

those shots that Acie Law hit at the end were just stupid... sorry but IMO he beats out Durant for Big XII POY

What took so long to get Durant a touch in the OT's? I think they're capable of at least gettting to the final four, but I think their two shoot first guards will stop that from happening.

From what I saw he reached out and grabbed Law and never made a play on the basketball. I believe that is interpreted as an intentional foul.

I thought it should have been intenetional aswell, but it was still a great game.

I only saw the highlight once but I didn't see anything happen that officials interpret as intentional.

Reaching out and grabbing at a player is considered intentional. The Texas player didn't attempt to make a play on the ball. Very tough for a ref to make that call at the end of the game, however.

I didn't see him grab him (again I only saw it once and didn't pay close attention). I thought I saw him run up from behind and put two hands on his back.

OK. Saw the replay. I'd say the guy who was behind Law did commit an intentional foul. The only question is did the other guy foul him first? I didn't watch the game - who did they call the foul on? The guy in front or the guy who grabbed Law?

It was called on Augustine who was behind...

What a shot by Law to send the game into OT.
