Boyle County to get new look next season

I knew it looked like something that I have seen before, but couldn't place it.

It's original, but I like the REBELS on the side, wish Boone Co still had that look.

They need to shake it up a bit.

I think this is great what the Boyle Co. QB Club is trying to do as support for the football team and coaches. I am so glad that your school is behind your football program and allowing the QB Club to have this freedom.

Wish the "powers that be" at Mercer County would allow the Mercer QB Club to do so during football season instead of ALL gate money and reserved parking/tailgating money going into the athletic department. IMO, some of the gate money and other money that is brought in on Friday nights at Mercer needs and should be given back to the football team (if not all). After all, if it wasn't for the football players/coaches, there would be no income on Friday nights!

Good luck at Boyle!

I like the idea of the new look, and I like the look. Yes, the rebels were really cool, but in the big picture it's a great idea.

Hey what about on senior night have a throw back to the old helmets!!

It would bring back alot of memories if Boyle would bring back the Yellow helmets with a black and white strips down the middle. Kinda like what LSU has now. It's hard to believe that my days are now considered the throw back years.

Last time they had a B on their helmet I think they went 1 - 9

Keep the "Rebels"

I like the idea and the new look but if it was me, I'd take some of the white from the inside of the B away and have that black...I think that would make it look a little bit better.

I was thinking the the same thing. The white throws it off for me. Can't see the middle of the B real well.

Well Rebel you had me all excited there for a moment when I read the title of your thread (Boyle County to get a new look next season).....then it was just about the helmet:cry:  I don't like the new helmet at all. I also am not quite smitten with the idea of special parking for people who pay $250. It's going to take a lot more than a new helmet and special parking to clean up the mess from last year.

Exactly like the Ravens' logo, actually. It's the same "B" that's inside the Ravens' helmet logo, right down to the color scheme.

There are alot of teams wishing the same thing.
