Who Would You Add 2 UK's Coaching Staff?

Featured Replies

I think most of us agree that UK Basketball could use the infusion of some new blood in its coaching staff. Who would you add?

Let me go a little off the wall, get a little crazy and suggest someone I know quite a bit about. How about former Corbin head coach and current Scott Co. head man, Billy Hicks. The guy is an offensive guru, one of the hardest working guys in H.S. roundball, and lives and breaths the sport. He loves the run and gun, pressing style of play and God knows, the guy can recruit with the best of them. He could bring in some of the top talent in the country to the Big Blue. Heck, if the Tubbster has to go, lets make Hicks the main man.

Okay, I went a little off the deep end but let's see you do the same. Who would you like to see added to the Kentucky staff(and who should go bye bye)?

I would add Pat Knight from Texas Tech and eventually, when Tubby retires, he should take over.

Reggie Hanson should go bye-bye! I'm sure when he goes into a recruiting visit for UK, young guys (out-of-state) are like...Reggie who?

I also like Jamal Mashburn to come back to be a recruiting specialist.

Classic.

Oh dear.

Billy the kid Donovan. The problem starts at the top.

What about Kyle Macy? Teach these guys how to shoot. Whats Winston Bennett doing these days? He could show these guys a little toughness!

Tom Crean... he is a recruiting master. He is a lot of the reason Michigan St. won their title, since he left, the recruiting has dropped off a lot.

I would bring in a recruiter... whoever it is, just someone to recruit.

If there was a head coaching change I say Tom Creen or Jay Wright.

Jamal Mashburn would be a good choice somewhere in the program.

Rando, Wayne Turner, and now Jasper should have become better shooters in their UK tenure.

After the way these two guys' last coaching jobs went, are you sure?
