Who knows, maybe he wants to go pro somewhere other than California because if he does leave the college ranks, there are going to be a lot of upset people in Cali.

Turner was 58-82-1 in head coaching stints with Washington and Oakland. He takes over a team that was an NFL-best 14-2 but melted down in losing its playoff opener.

I can't believe they hired Norv Turner. Other than his stint in Dallas, has he ever had anything above moderate success as a coordinator...no point in even mentioning his head coaching success, or lack of...

 

It wouldn't surprise me if the Chargers miss the playoffs next year.

I think someone fed Norv Turner rock Candy with a slingshot from 2 feet away when he was a kid. Hit him with a hot bag of nickels or something. Maybe he will bring back the Air Coryell dayz. I know LT is the man but I miss those early 80's offenses like the Chargers/Dolphins,etc.

I think they could have done a lot better.His career shows he has not been able to get the job done as a head coach. I was thankful Dallas went in a different direction.
