I don't know. Kentucky was already unique in that you could lose in the district championship and still move on the regionals. Is there any other state in the country where you can lose a playoff game and still end up state champion?

This format feels a little too much "everyone gets trophy," or in this case, "everyone gets to play in the big arena."

What is the purpose? Were some districts loaded while others were bad?

I know the 15th has been doing it for 2/3 years, but I'm against it. If it is going to be used it should state wide, all or none. This includes boys and girls.

Not a fan of these Super Regionals, guess I am old school. If you get beat out in the first round of your District why reward that with a trip to the 'Region".

Must be something to it if the Coaches are voting 11-1 for it.
