So it's really just a ploy to give the larger schools and the private schools in a loaded district more chances.

There have been discussions in the 8th region about this topic. As a small school fan in the 32nd District. If I'm going to get beat by a running clock in the first round of the tournament, I would much rather drive to Simon Kenton or Walton-Verona than have to go to one of the Oldham county schools an hour away.

I like it, you take for example the 9th district in the 3rd region (Apollo, Daviess County, Owensboro, Owensboro Catholic) those teams are normally 3 of the best teams in the region and every year one of them sits at home as they are eliminated in the district tourney. I think it would be great to have all the best teams in the region play.
