With the draft starting in just over 12 hours I figured I would start a thread for all of the picks. First up on the clock is the Las Vegas Raiders. Will there be in big draft day trades? Some big ones that come to mind are Michael Vick, Lamar Jackson, Troy Polamalu, Josh Allen and probably the biggest draft day trade is Patrick Mahomes.

1st Round:

 1. Las Vegas Raiders- Fernando Mendoza (Indiana)

 2. New York Jets- David Bailey (Texas Tech)

 3. Arizona Cardinals- Jeremiyah Love (Notre Dame)

 4. Tennessee Titans- Carnell Tate (Ohio State)

 5. New York Giants- Arvell Reese (Ohio State)

 6. Kansas City Chiefs- (via Cleveland) Mansoor Delane (LSU)

11. Dallas Cowboys (via Miami) Caleb Downs (Ohio State)

12. Miami Dolphins (via Dallas) Kadyn Proctor (Alabama)

13. Los Angeles Rams (via Atlanta) Ty Simpson (Alabama)

14. Baltimore Ravens- Olaivavega Ioane (Penn State)

15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Rueben Bain Jr. (Miami)

16. New York Jets (via Indianapolis)- Kenyon Sadiq (Oregon)

17. Detroit Lions- Blake Miller (Clemson)

18. Minnesota Vikings- Caleb Banks (Florida)

19. Carolina Panthers- Monroe Freeling (Georgia)

20. Philadelphia Eagles (via Dallas) Makai Lemon (USC)

21. Pittsburgh Steelers- Max Iheanachor (Arizona State)

22. Los Angeles Chargers- Akheem Mesidor (Miami)

23. Dallas Cowboys (via Philadelphia) Malachi Lawrence (UCF)

24. Cleveland Browns (via Jacksonville) KC Concepcion (Texas A&M)

25. Chicago Bears- Dillon Thieneman (Oregon)

26. Houston Texans (via Buffalo) Keylan Rutledge (Georgia Tech)

27. Miami Dolphins (via San Fransico) Chris Johnson (San Diego State)

28. New England Patriots (via Buffalo) Caleb Lomu (Utah)

29. Kansas City Chiefs (via Los Angeles Rams) Peter Woods (Clemson)

30. New York Jets (via San Fransico) Omar Cooper (Indiana)

31. Tennessee Titans (via Buffalo) Keldric Faulk (Auburn)

32. Seattle Seahawks- Jadarian Price (Notre Dame)

We may see multiple trades in the top 10. Seems like several teams want to move down and others want to move up.

Bettis traded to the Steelers was a huge one.

yes it turned well for them but probably not in the top 5.

I can’t wait for rounds two, three, and four.

Going into the draft the Steelers have the most picks (12) and the Seahawks have the fewest (4)

My goodness how did Ohio State go down so early in this last college football season it seems like 80% of all of the players introduced were from there. lol

Great introduction bringing out some Pittsburgh football royalty. Great job! I do wonder why Bradshaw did not have his Hall of Fame gold jacket on like Blount and Swann did.

As expected Mendoza is taken 1st overall by the Raiders. I wonder how many years it has been that the #1 pick was not at the draft?

The Jets with the 2nd pick went with David Bailey out of Texas Tech.

With the 3rd pick the Cardinals select Jeremiyah Love RB out of Notre Dame. Most thought this would be their pick.

I agree, that was pretty awesome.

It what some see as kind of a shocker in taking WR Carnell Tate out of Ohio State. This is the 5th season that the Buckeyes have a WR taken in the 1st round and that is a record and they will for sure have another one next season as well.

So far 3 of the first 4 picks have been offensive players.
