Spurs defeat Timberwolves 126-97 to go up 3-2 in the series and will play game 6 in Minnesota on Friday, May 15 at 9:30pm on Amazon Prime.

Feels like old times with the Spurs being good again.

The Cavs came from 9 down with 3 minutes left to force OT and defeated the Pistons 117-113 to go up 3-2 with game 6 in Cleveland on Friday at 7:00pm.

I don't have strong rooting interests in most of these games but I was rooting for Cleveland last night and that comeback/finish was stellar by the Cavs.

64-52 Pistons in the third.

@bugatti, are you guys quitting in this elimination game?

56-30 Spurs.

The Spurs are that good and getting better. This upcoming series between the Spurs and Thunder is must watch TV for any basketball fan - not just NBA fans.

But a word of caution to those who don't watch the NBA and decide to tune in. Brace yourself. These players are so good it feels like they have cheat codes built in.

41-26 Cavs in the 2nd.

The conference finals start tomorrow night with the western conference finals the Spurs at Thunder at 8:00pm on NBC. The eastern conference finals start on Tuesday with the Cavs at the Knicks. The games will be every other night with all western conference games on NBC and eastern conference on either ESPN or ABC.

It was horrible.  I don't understand some of these NBA teams.

I believe they realized early on that they were outmatched (out-Wembied) in the series. The Wolves had a small chance to win, fully healthy. But with Ant having a horrific knee hyperextension last series, and no DVD, their only shot was for San Antonio to shrink under the lights. They didn't.

OKC is up 22-21 in the 1st.  Lots of energy at Paycom center.

Spurs leading the Thunder 101-99 with :11.5 to play and it is OKC's ball.

103-101 Spurs in OT.
