In today's first game the Cavs led 15 at 69-54 3 minutes into the 3rd quarter.

At the end of the 3rd quarter the Pistons have charged back to actually take the lead for a bit but trail the Cavs led 83-81.

Midway through the 4th quarter it is 100-96 Cavs.

Cavs redeem themselves especially James Hardin who had 7 big points the last minute and half as the defeat the Pistons 116-109 to make the series 2-1 Pistons with game 4 on Monday in Cleveland at 8:00pm on NBC.

Lakers and Thunder have just tipped.

Thunder leading by 7 at 24-17 midway through the first quarter.

Lakers now up 4 at 51-47 with just over 3 minutes in the first half. A good game so far, but I get the feeling the Lakers hot 3-point shooting is keeping them in the game and the Thunder is getting a lot easier shots and that usually does not bode well over 4 quarters.

Lakers led the Thunder by two 59-57 at the half.

The Thunder have started the 3rd quarter on a 15-6 in just over 4 minutes in and now led the Lakers 72-65.

Another big 3rd quarter for the Thunder as their role/bench players continue to produce. They win the quarter 33-20 and led the Lakers 90-79. The Lakers had it down to 5 and bench player Isaiah Joe hit two huge 3's to close out the quarter.

Thunder goes up now 3-0 with 131-108 win tonight over the Lakers in LA. The Thunder outscored the Lakers 74-49 in the 2nd half. The Thunder bench by 17 and just totally dominated the Lakers in the 2nd half and will go for the series sweep on Monday at LA at 10:30pm.

The Thunder bench is what has impressed me.

Umm, yeah. The goal of most teams is to have a rotation of 7-8 guys you can confidently put on the court during a playoff run. OKC is at 12 or so. It’s absurd.

The reality is, OKC would still be on its way to the WCF without SGA. Think about that.

There was support for that in last night's game. OKC made a run and extended the lead while SGA cheered on from the bench for a while.
