Tonight, Reed Sheppard is the hero. Lakers go on a 13-1 run to close the Rockets lead to 3 with 3 minutes to go. Then two big baskets by Sheppard, the second a breakaway dunk after a strip/steal of Le

Nothing against the Knicks or Cavs but this is probably for the NBA Championship in this series.

I am glad I stuck it out, LeBron looked great and the Lakers have a 2-0 lead over the Rockets. And I see Wemby is concussed and uncertain for game three.

In game 5 of the Western Conference Finals the Thunder defeated the Spurs 127-114 to go up 3-2 in the series. Game 6 is Thursday night in San Antonio at 8:30pm.

We will have a game 7 in the Western Conference finals as the Spurs are leading the Thunder 110-84 with 4:34 to play. Game 7 will tip on Saturday just after 8:00pm on NBC.

The Spurs are leading the Thunder 56-53 at the half. The Spurs have led by as many as 14 in the first half. It has been a good and should be a great 2nd half.

The Spurs win the Western Conference Finals 111-103 to advance to the NBA Finals beginning on Wednesday, June 3 at home against the New York Knicks.

Great game and series. The Spurs were better. They played a great game tonight - great! They made shots down the stretch and outplayed the Thunder.

I have almost no memory of Keldon Johnson at UK. When they showed in the game that he played at UK, I said what? I had to google him to jar my memory.
