I know defense is a no brainer, but what about adding a lights out tightend to the offense. Guys like Pillip Rivers and Peyton Manning would attest. I think the Olsen kid out of the U would be a nice addition. Too bad we defense!

I think whoever gets the correct pick of the Bengals should get a gift.

 

None of us has any clue what the Bengals' or any other of the first 17 team's evaluation of these players is.

 

The probability of 1st round draftable players (x) multiplied by that number minus 1 17 times is the chance one of us has of getting the player correct, which is astronomical. (A math person could explain that a lot better)

 

We can read all we want, but the NFL teams' judgements of the players is tremendously different from the supposed "experts."

That and the whole getting a legit degree at 19 thing. The mix of tangible and intangible positives on this kid are off the chart. I'm a UM fan and I think Branch is goint to be very solid. He just doesn't excite me like Okoye...

I agree. My initial post was again what I see as the best case on a player that isn't seen as a top 10 lock and could fall in the Bengals lap. I could make a living doing draft mocks like many others, but it's pointless work. I'm not a fan of being wrong more than I'm right... :lol:

I am hoping for Michigan's good D-lineman will be there, but I doubt it. I also will not be suprised if they draft a wide-out early. I was hoping THE SHARK to enter the draft, mabe he would have been a candidate.
