A dumb huge penalty by Woolen giving the Rams a first down on a 4th and 12 and he is taunting the Rams sidelines, and it gives the Rams a first down on the very next play Stafford hits Nacua for a 34-yard touchdown. The extra point is good and it is back to a 4 point game at 31-27 with still 3:06 left in the 3rd quarter. There has been 28 points scored so far in the 3rd quarter.

Another coach going for it on a 4th and a long 4 inside the 10 with still 5 minutes to play take the points and get the ball back and then an FG wins it now even if you get a stop you are going to have to go all the way down the field and get a touchdown. Just don't understand it! Plus they still had all 3 of their timeouts. I could see going for it if you were out of or only had 1 timeout left.

That was a heck of a move by Walker looked like he was going to be stopped short but he picks up a huge new set of downs for Seattle.

This is a huge 3rd and 8 for both teams.

I would have gone for it on 4th in that situation.

Great game. Seahawks were just a little better today.

I have no frame of reference for when they use replay assistance or not. Or for when surviving the ground matters or not. But it sure seemed to me that Kupp did not survive the ground on one of those last critical first down catches, and I’m also not even sure he had the distance. 
 

The officiating is so horribly inconsistent.

If it is the play I’m thinking of. He caught the ball with two feet on the ground, got hit and as being tackled to the ground he made a football move by extending the ball forward to try to reach the first down. Which that football move then negates having to survive the ground at that point. Now as for if he actually got the distance for the first down is another topic lol.
