I don't need the numbers to tell me that the 1st Region is in a down year, certainly from what it was last season. It might be a shade better than it was from 2003-05, which was a real down stretch.

Understand and my intent was, to compare all Regions in wins, losses, points allowed and scored....As a different measuring component, to overall strength.
